Our repertoire ranges from the pure handling of paper-based mail to different variations of the hybrid processing and finally to the completely digital solution. We guarantee the connection of all common ECM, DMS and ERP systems.
Location of services to be provided
With the inside-model we deal with the entire mail processing in the rooms of the customer. With inside-outside solutions the mailroom remains in the enterprise but can be downsized since defined service components like outgoing mail and scanning will be handled externally by us. With the outside-model all services are rendered externally.
Personnel concept
We can render the services being agreed on with our own personnel but we can also take on the employees of the customer. Therefore we are able to offer our services at prices per unit. This means for the customer: outsourcing will convert fixed costs into variable expenditures, only depending on the business development. If your main focus is on budget reliability, we will also offer you, of course, a package price.
Digitization degree of processing incoming mail
The digitization and the IT-supported processing of documents tap into great rationalization potentials. Rhenus provides expertise, hardware, software and system solutions for the digitization up to the set-up of digital archives. In doing so, documents for your core process can be digitized - optionally before or after the processing - as well as the documents of secondary processes, such as incoming invoices, amounts, personnel records, delivery notes or shipping documents. We guarantee process reliability by cutting-edge technology and highest quality as well as by flexibility in the deployment of personnel.
