By temporary staff provision based on charge rate per hour, our employees are fully productive for your enterprise. Qualified staff selected according to your special needs is at your disposal and the personnel can be deployed deliberately to master peaking workload rates and additional tasks. We pay for the employer’s time of absence caused by vacation or sickness.

Our contract bodies benefit from temporary staff provision to a great extent: They do not need any oversized personnel reserves and the cost-pool “staff” becomes more variable which eventually increases the job security for the permanent staff.

Service contract

Besides the conventional settlement based on charge rate per hour, we alternatively offer you settlement per working units to be done, depending on the situation. This makes our service also transparent and often leads to a cooperation based on a service contract.
