Our employees collect your backups on a regular cycle and, if desired, every day. We transport data media in unmarked and air-conditioned vehicles to one of our safety storages where we store CDs, DVDs, WORMs, MODs, hard disks, magnetic tapes and other data carriers in a way that guarantees maximum durability and minimal access time - in air-conditioned safety storages of level C (VdS). The application of automatic tape-management systems can be implemented according to individual specifications.

You can use our Business Networking Platform (BNP) for a web based research and for online orders of the data media. We make the requested data carrier available to you by our delivery service, depending on the agreed service level. Express access is possible 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Our central service center is available to you day and night and manages the provision of the needed data media at short notice if required.

With the aid of our bar code based data media management we document every movement of the individual data carriers, whether regarding the initial storage, outsourcing per order or return transfer. This makes our system audit-proof, and our data media management constantly provides you with a complete survey of the current inventory.
