All records, whether documents, files or cardboard containers will be labeled unambiguously with a bar code which is linked with the storage place in our storage system. Your index criteria are simultaneously the search criteria. Information such as content, cost center and the predetermined destruction date is always registered. Moreover, you can optionally define up to 40 other fields and determine their specifications.
The safety storages are owned by Rhenus and equipped with state-of-the-art security systems which you can see for yourself on the spot – you are cordially invited to an on-site inspection at any time.
